Request deletion of your data

You can request deletion of personal information held through the FAO–TUNZA CIS portal or WhatsApp office test without signing in to the portal.

To stop office-test replies now: send STOP to the business number +254181408920. STOP receives no reply and does not delete earlier records.

Make a deletion request

  1. Email limitedviewlink@gmail.com with the subject FAO-TUNZA data deletion request. Your county focal person can help you submit the request.
  2. Identify the service concerned, your registered telephone number or account email, and what you want deleted. Include your county if it helps locate the record.
  3. Viewlink will review the request and may ask you to confirm control of the registered contact. A data request does not require you to send a password, access token or WhatsApp verification code.
  4. We will explain the outcome and coordinate with the relevant programme owner where necessary. If particular records must be retained for applicable programme, audit or legal requirements, we will explain which records and why.

What a request can cover

Your office-test registration, recorded commands or feedback, stored replies and delivery records, and personal programme or account records associated with you, subject to the review above. Identifiable information can be removed or anonymised where appropriate; aggregate information that no longer identifies you may remain.

How requests are handled

This is a manual request process. Submitting an email, sending STOP, deleting a chat, or opening this page does not automatically erase data. No automatic deletion deadline is configured in the current office-test release. Contact the same email for a progress update. WhatsApp/Meta and other providers handle their independent service or account records under their own processes.

Wasilisha ombi

  1. Tuma barua pepe kwa limitedviewlink@gmail.com yenye kichwa FAO-TUNZA data deletion request. Afisa wa uratibu wa kaunti anaweza kukusaidia kuwasilisha ombi.
  2. Taja huduma inayohusika, nambari ya simu au barua pepe iliyosajiliwa, na taarifa unazotaka zifutwe. Taja kaunti ikiwa itasaidia kutambua rekodi.
  3. Viewlink itapitia ombi na inaweza kukuomba uthibitishe umiliki wa mawasiliano yaliyosajiliwa. Ombi hili halihitaji kutuma nenosiri, tokeni ya ufikiaji au msimbo wa kuthibitisha WhatsApp.
  4. Tutaeleza matokeo na kushirikiana na mwenye wajibu wa rekodi za programu inapohitajika. Ikiwa rekodi fulani zinahitaji kubaki kwa mahitaji yanayotumika ya programu, ukaguzi au sheria, tutaeleza rekodi hizo na sababu.

Taarifa zinazoweza kuhusika

Usajili wako wa jaribio, amri au maoni yaliyorekodiwa, majibu na kumbukumbu za uwasilishaji, pamoja na rekodi za akaunti au programu zinazokuhusu, kwa kuzingatia mapitio yaliyo juu. Taarifa zinazokutambulisha zinaweza kufutwa au kuondolewa utambulisho inapofaa. Takwimu za jumla ambazo hazikutambulishi zinaweza kubaki.

Jinsi maombi yanavyoshughulikiwa

Maombi hushughulikiwa na mhudumu. Kutuma barua pepe au STOP, kufuta mazungumzo au kufungua ukurasa huu hakufuti taarifa moja kwa moja.
